There isn't really much more I can add that hasn't already been said elsewhere far more eloquently.

I've heard from most of my friends over there, and have e-mailed the ones I haven't heard from yet. Thankfully, everyone's okay. My ex works near where one of the major explosions took place, and thankfully he's safe as well.

My heart goes out to the families of those who were not so lucky.
